This privacy policy relates to Ingram micro family of products including IM Delivery. Confidentiality of user's personal and device data is managed within Ingram micro site.

Ingram Micro may deny access to the Site at any time, in particular if you breach any obligation arising from these Terms of Use.

Collection of End User Device Data

IM Delivery App collects Approximate location & precise location data in background, to enable device location for Device location tracking purposes. This data is transmitted and stored in server database using secure https connection for corporate device administration purposes. The stored data can be deleted by IT administrator any time using IM Delivery server console.

Third-Party Content, Products, and Service

We may provide third-party content on the Site and links to web pages and content of third parties (collectively, “Third-Party Content”) as a service to those interested in this information. We do not control, endorse, recommend or adopt any Third-Party Content and make no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable in any manner for any Third-Party Content and undertake no responsibility to update or review such Third-Party Content. You agree to use such Third-Party Content contained therein at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Applicable Law

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising out of Terms of Use.
